Summary of Proposal:

• Allocate a one-time $100,000 budget spread over 4 months for the One Million Founders (OMF) and My Board Games (MBG) Projects.
• The project team requests $25,000/month for 4 months (total $100,000) to run both project phases in parallel and deliver a self-sustaining ecosystem within 3 months.
• OMF is a NFT-powered referral system where early adopters, influencers, and community builders receive tradable NFTs that grant profit-sharing, governance, and exclusive platform access.
• MBG is a suite of easy-to-play, turn-based, ad-supported multiplayer board games (starting with Ludo and Backgammon) where NFT holders earn from platform profits.
• The project team commits to launching both the OneMillionFounders.io referral/NFT system and the initial MyBoardGames.io platform within 3 months.
• Project team commits to Bi-weekly progress updates including milestones, gameplay previews etc as development ramps up and as per the RoadMap shared by the project team.
• The Project team commits to deploy a network of at least 2 and up to 20 high-reach influencers with dedicated social campaigns to drive adoption, with a focus on both early Hydra community engagement and broader Web3 gaming audiences.
• Hydra DAO representatives will have full access to the projects GitHub repositories for real-time monitoring of progress and code.
• Fully develop, test, and release two multiplayer board games (Ludo and Backgammon) on-chain, with integrated HYDRA-based rewards and ad/subscription monetization.
