- Allocate a one-time $3,000 budget for upgrading the Hanna Hydra bot with an incentivised X engagement system + Hydra’s Fire, an arcade-style game (budget includes $1000 for HYDRA reward payouts for the Hydra’s Fire game)
- Design and coding of participant/admin menu interface for the incentivized X engagement system, including account verification, post submission, engagement verification, engagement reminders, leaderboards, posts raids, etc.
- Design and coding of Hydra’s Fire, an arcade style Telegram game which will bring new users directly to the Hydra Telegram group and spread awareness of Hydra on X via reward-incentivized play and sharing of scores on X
