I don’t like #3, remind me the nazi cross, already mentioned.
I would prefer the original one or a more simple ala triskel style…
In my opinion, the heads look too mysterious on all logos.
#3 with just the hexagon, no heads, shows structure, technology, innovation…
I would like to see a change of the logo regarding new website/rebranding but imo the new logo’s themselves are not an big improvement. So I would like to keep it at the current logo. What I do see as an improvement is the text style of #2.

You know that “HYDRA” has nothing to do with a snake? So a “snake head” is the least that would fit 
And HYDRA should have a multi-head design…
