In order to live up to the expectations of a top of the line blockchain, and create maximum impact upon the launch of Hydragon, we might concider refreshing the logo.

I appreciate you taking initiative and posting in the Dao, but I personally do not think we need to logo updated. I like to see things like incentives for projects/developers to build on hydra.
What would professionals and institutions say in a boardroom meeting about building on something like a spinning monster? I just don’t see how it can go mainstream while presented as something out of mortal kombat. I mean, do you want to fail and lose an opportunity of a lifetime over something so trivial and easy to fix, after just asking around outside people?
Its just insane that this question havent been SURVEYD outside this circle jerk before! What is the team even thinking?
With all due respect, I genuinely prefer our current Hydra logo over the ones proposed here.
I’ll admit I might be biased because I’ve grown accustomed to it, but I believe the logo we have now represents us well. It’s already been used consistently in our branding efforts—across social media, paid marketing campaigns, and community outreach. Changing it at this stage could dilute the recognition we’ve built over time.
The real reason for non-adoption isn’t our logo—it’s the limitations of the legacy chain. Developers didn’t see the tools or scalability they needed. Now, with our recent upgrade to HydraGon, everything changes. We’ve solved the core issues that held us back, and we have the technology to prove it:
Sub-second finality
True decentralization
Low fees
Developer-friendly tools
The key now isn’t a rebrand—it’s getting the word out. If we come together as a community to promote HydraGon’s strengths and engage with developers, we can finally grow. Let’s focus on spreading the word, showing what we’ve built, and making Hydra the go-to choice for builders and innovators.
I’m confident that with the right focus, we’ll see adoption take off.
